Since before the time of the Pyramids, tea has been a tool for spiritual cultivation and connection to nature. During August and early September, Lindsey Goodwin, a tea server from an ancient tea tradition, will be visiting San Francisco and Portland, OR. In each tea session she holds, participants will enjoy organic tea in silence and stillness—a rare opportunity in this modern world. Afterward, there will be a question and answer session... though you will likely find all the answers you need in your bowl of tea!
Lindsey has been an avid tea lover since 2005, and has devoted the last two years of her life to studying tea as a Dao under tea master Wu De in Taiwan. Prior to that, she spent a year researching tea and tea culture in India, Japan and elsewhere. Her approach to tea is one of service, connection / communion and meditation.
